11. Records
The Records page stores voice recordings captured during site inspections. Access it from the Records icon (microphone) in the top navigation bar.
What You'll See
Each recording appears as a card showing:
- Recording icon (green microphone)
- Recording ID — A unique identifier for the recording
- Date and time recorded
- File size
- Summary button — Opens an AI-generated summary of the recording content
Using the Summary Feature
Click the Summary button on any recording to view an AI-generated transcript and summary. This is useful for:
- Converting on-site spoken notes into written documentation
- Quickly reviewing what was discussed during an inspection
- Extracting key points without re-listening to the full recording
Recording Tips
- Speak clearly and describe what you're seeing in detail
- Mention room names, damage types, and locations as you walk through
- The AI summary works best with structured, descriptive speech
