Searching Assessments

Use the Search assessments... bar to find assessments by name, property address, or assessment ID. Results update in real time as you type.

Filtering Assessments

Use the Assessment Type and Status dropdowns to narrow the list:

FilterOptions
Assessment TypeAll Types, Damage Assessment, General Work Assessment, Tender Assessment
StatusAll Status, Draft, In Progress, Completed, Not Started

You can combine both filters with the search bar at the same time.

My Assessments vs Team Tab

The assessment list is split into two tabs:

TabWhat It Shows
My AssessmentsAll assessments you own or have been added to
TeamAssessments created by other members of your company

Team Assessments tab

The Team tab is visible when your account is part of a company with other members. Use it to monitor what colleagues are currently working on, check assessment status across the team, and see overall workload distribution.

The search bar and filters apply to whichever tab is active.

Assessment Cards

Each card in the grid shows:

  • Assessment name and owner
  • Assessment type and unique ID (e.g. #0x340933)
  • Date of the assessment
  • Status badge: Draft, In Progress, Completed, or Not Started
  • View Details link to open the assessment
  • Three-dot menu (⋮) for quick actions (clone, delete, etc.)
